EXHIBITOR CREDENTIAL DIRECTIONS:

1. TYPE YOUR COMPANY NAME AND E-MAIL ADDRESS
2. HIT SUBMIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
3. NAME BADGE FORM WILL BE E-MAILED RIGHT TO US OR
4. PRINT AND FAX IT TO US AT: 860-665-1582

POLICIES REGARDING EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS

1.Exhibitor credentials will not be issued unless exhibitor is paid in full. (No exceptions will be made).
2.No one under the age of 16 will be issued an exhibitor credential.
3.Exhibitors can pick up exhibitor credentials during set up hours or during show hours at the Show Office.
4.Volunteer organizations will be allowed (4) exhibitor credential per 3 or 4 hour shifts.

Shift hours are as follows:

• Fri. 12:00 noon to 4:00pm
• Fri. 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Sat. 10:00am to 2:00pm
• Sat. 2:00pm to 4:00pm
• Sat. 4:00pm to 7:00pm
• Sun. 10:00am to 2:00pm
• Sun. 2:00pm to 5:00pm

• 100 square feet to 200 square feet : 6 exhibitor credential for the weekend
• 201 square feet to 999 square feet : 8 exhibitor credential for the weekend
• 999 square feet and up 12 exhibitor credential for the weekend
• Note: $10.00 charge will be added for each additional credential issued.
